Hays County Sheriff’s Office has identified the individual that assisted in the December 2nd escape of Hays County Inmate: Omar Maya-Rangel, Hispanic Male, 29 years of age Warrant: Escape The individual who facilitated the escape has been identified as: Marinda Seawright, White Female, 32 years of age AKA Starla Beall, Rosemary Decker Warrant: Permitting or Facilitating Escape A warrant has been issued for the arrest of both subjects for the offenses indicated above. Ms. Seawright was able to provide Mr. Maya-Rangel a ride in her vehicle described as a: Silver Pontiac Passenger car with paper plates, unknown number It is believed that Mr. Maya-Rangel and Ms. Seawright have been involved in a relationship for some time and will likely be traveling together. Hays County asks for the public’s assistance in locating these two subjects.
